Dani Mohling

Attorney Dani Mohling

Originally from Texas, Dani Mohling received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She utilized this degree while serving in the Peace Corps as a Healthy Youth volunteer in Lesotho, a country in Southern Africa. During her two years there, Ms. Mohling developed a passion advocating gender-based equality, paving the way to her current career. Ms. Mohling received her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco and joined the Cardoza Law Offices in February 2023. Prior to joining, Ms. Mohling was a an associate attorney at Bledsoe, Dietsel, Treppa & Crane as well as a law clerk for the Department of Justice civil division, San Francisco Public Defenders office felony division, and for Jackson Square law firm. While at Golden Gate, Ms. Mohling spent her time as a teaching assistant for torts, as a research assistant in constitutional law, co-chair of the American Constitution Society, and board member of Pride Law. She received a CALI award in Securities Regulations, was a Dean’s Scholar Recipient, and was gifted the Honor’s Lawyering Program Outstanding Student Award upon matriculation.
